Miami-based World Property Markets is building three AI-driven platforms to fix global real estate’s deepest inefficiencies with what it calls “Agentic AI Cyber Hunting Machines.”

The first two platforms form a synchronized “matching engine”: World Property Search aggregates every active listing worldwide and tracks buyer intent in real time. Global Listings then automatically matches high-intent buyers to the right properties — creating an automated “spotter-and-shooter” sniper workflow. Together, they act as a planetary-scale, borderless AI real estate engine.

A third platform, Sentient Mortgage, will connect qualified buyers with optimal lenders to speed approvals and cut closing friction. Already backed by 3+ million listings across 110+ countries, the company aims to turn real estate — the world’s largest yet least digitized asset class — into an intelligent, self-driving marketplace.

“Powered by agentic AI, these platforms are poised to become the Google and Amazon of real estate.” — Michael Gerrity, CEO
