The Pakistan Single Window (PSW) has integrated its digital platform with NADRA’s PakID Mobile App, enabling traders and business owners to complete mandatory biometric verification directly through their smartphones.
This integration allows users to complete biometric authentication for new subscriptions, account renewals, and profile updates without physically visiting a NADRA e-Sahulat Centre. The digital feature provides major convenience for overseas Pakistanis engaged in cross-border trade, allowing them to fulfill verification requirements remotely without traveling to Pakistan.
To ensure a smooth rollout, both the digital verification channel via the PakID app and physical verification at NADRA e-Sahulat Centers will operate simultaneously during an interim transition period.
According to Syed Aftab Haider, CEO of PSW, this update removes the single remaining physical touchpoint in the registration process, making the entire PSW onboarding journey 100% digital, user-driven, and accessible globally.
