Diesel price cut by Rs32.63 per litre; petrol rises by Rs2.97

Under the daily petroleum pricing model, the federal government has announced a significant reduction in high-speed diesel (HSD) prices alongside a slight increase in petrol rates.

Updated Fuel Rates

• High-Speed Diesel (HSD): Rs 363.06 per litre (decreased by Rs 32.63)
• Petrol: Rs 337.51 per litre (increased by Rs 2.97)

Government & Industry Coordination

• Refinery Agreement: Petroleum Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik, alongside Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, announced that the diesel relief was secured after domestic refineries agreed to the government’s request to pass savings on to the public.
